With over 25 years of experience including serving as a Managing Partner with a "Big 4" public accounting firm, Mark has a proven track record of successfully serving clients throughout North America and internationally. Mark has worked in all phases of IT and business process consulting with mid-sized to global Fortune 100 companies. He has implemented SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards in multiple industries with diverse and complex environments. He has also been involved in numerous IT Audit and GRC Risk Management projects at public companies in the Southeast.
As President at eCommQuest, Mark is responsible for overall leadership of eCommQuest, client service and quality control, day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Prior to joining eCommQuest, Mark was a Managing Director at Protiviti, the Southeast Regional Managing VP at Hitachi Consulting, Managing Director at BearingPoint and Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen.
Mark received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Emory University and a Master of Science degree from Georgia State University with honors. Mark resides in Atlanta.
John P. O'Donnell

John O’Donnell is a Partner and co-founder of eCommQuest. John’s responsibilities include: Client relationship development, strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to founding eCommQuest in 2000, John spent several years working for two National IT Search and Consulting firms, focusing on executive search for Fortune 500 and Management Consulting clients. John holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. John resides in Atlanta.

As one of the founding partners of eCommQuest, Inc., Chris’ responsibilities include developing strategic client relationships, driving sales revenue for the firm and market strategy development for eCommQuest's future growth. Before starting eCommQuest in 2000, Chris worked for several years in the IT industry for another national consulting firm where he focused his efforts on contracting services for SAP, Siebel and Oracle Fortune 500 clients. Chris received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1994 and currently lives in Atlanta.

As a 25-year veteran in the software and services industry, Tom established a track record of building and managing successful revenue driving relationships, processes and teams. He has had successful roles in ERP software and services Sales, Business Development, Alliances, Management, Pre-sales, Services and Staff Augmentation. Tom has shown a unique talent to identify, build and leverage long term partner relationships that are beneficial to Customers, Prospects and Partners. Tom continues to leverage a network of technology peers, customers, prospects and partners to identify new revenue opportunities.
As Vice President of Sales, Tom has overall responsibility for client relationships, revenue driving initiatives as well as identifying new and strategic channels for growth and revenue.
Prior to joining eCommQuest, Tom has worked for world class organizations such as Arthur Andersen, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, IBM and B2B Workforce, a Randstad company.
Tom received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management from Georgia Tech with honors. Tom resides in Atlanta with his wife and four children.
